We currently have Dynamics CRM 2016, On-Premise, but are testing out Dynamics 365 8.2 .
Are you aware of any integrations to help send and collect NPS surveys? I saw that there is a feature called "Voice of the customer", but that it doesnt work for On-Premise.
You could use other 3rd party software-
