A customer is facing some problem tracking an e_mail from OWA interface :
- Tracking is ok for mobile or desktop client, but not from OWA.
- An orange sign saying probably that something went wrong

Could it be this?
Tracking activities is not supported when Dynamics 365 App for Outlook and Dynamics 365 for Outlook are used together by the same user.
Have you check the Office 365 Health Status if there is a temporary problem?
