Our Dynamics 365 environment recently upgraded to V9. Since the upgrade we have been having issues with multi-line fields being displayed. We have several multiple lines of text fields on our Appointment form that are intended to allow sales people to enter post meeting details. After this information is entered onto the appointment and the appointment is marked as completed, the fields don't display correctly. Even though the fields on the form are set to display 8 lines, only one is displayed for the field and you have to scroll line by line to read it. Even though the section shows the full size, the field itself doesn't. We can use the option to expand to use available space because we have multiple fields in the same tab that need to display multiple lines, and only once can be set to auto-expand.
Also, in our non-production environment which is also v9, the form doesn't have the same issue and the entire 8 lines of text are displayed

I've tried changing the number of rows, removing and re-adding the fields form the form and even exporting the form from the non-production environment as a solution and importing it into the production environment, but none of this has made a difference.
Has anyone else seen this before?
Verify if the legacy form rendering is enabled in system settings. You have to disable it.
Thank you so much for your reply. You are correct, that was the issue. As soon as I turned off legacy form rendering the issue was resolved.
