I have problem with organization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. I run about 1000 workflows, but there was about 100 workflows still Waiting for Resources. Could you help me how to solve it?
I deleted all other succeeded, waiting, ... workflows, all imports, but nothing changes.
If it’s onpremise try to restart Async services.
You can cancel & rerun the WFs if you want. See if any steps get blocked or any error messages in Details section.
Hi, no. The enviroment is Online.
My bad, I saw that in title now. Still you can cancel/rerun/re-initiate the on-demand WF.
Please raise a high priority ticket to Microsoft, describe your situation and Microsoft support will help you to solve this issue. Most liekly the async service is down.
