When I am trying to synchronize (track) an email from my Outlook to CRM, sometimes I get this message:
This only happens to some emails, not all of them.
No matter many times I try, once an email displays this message, this specific email will not track to CRM.
I am very confused why this is happening, and how to fix it. I saw similar questions already posted but they did not help.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

As this is a common issue, I wonder if you could provide more info as follow:
1. Whether you are using CRM OP or CRM Online. If your using CRM 2016 , there's one post with detailed troubleshooting steps which could be for your reference.
