Hi, i've tried to refresh the cache, private browsing, applying and reapplying license, but nothing is working.
Keep receiving the error You are not a member of this organisation
Any solutions would be appreciated.

There may be a different account - auto signing in. Can you try incognito/inprivate browser sessions?
Sign out/close all browser windows & try fresh.
Try running the browser as different user, set the internet login settings as always prompt for username/password will help you to diagnose.

You may have logged in with a different account in the same browser. Does the issue persist if you open a new InPrivate (IE)/ Incognito (Chrome)/ Anonymous(Firefox) browser window and try to log in?
You could log out of the account, then clear the cache, cookies and the account list that the browser automatically saves, then close all browsers. Try logging in again.
In addition, does this issue appear on different browsers and different computers?
You could provide a screenshot of the error page.
