Is there any way to disable script errors in Unified Interface? Since we upgraded to version 9 we get a script error when opening records on all our entities. To ease for users we want to disable the error message when we de bugg and solve this issue.
Yes, in user preferences, set errors to "automatically send" and they won't get notifications anymore. On the admin side, you can set this for everyone in Settings -> Privacy.
If you still get errors after that, it's either custom plugins and logic you'll need to troubleshoot, or open a ticket for.
You could go to Settings > Administration > Privacy Preference and select 'Never send an error report to Microsoft'.
Please refer to this sample for more details.
Hope it helps.
The thing is that Settings > Administration > Privacy Preference isn't available in Dynamics 365 version 9 from what I can see. And the personal preferences does not affect Unified interface. So I'm running out of ideas at the moment. Any other suggestions?
Go to your old interface as Dynamics 365 - Custom and turn it off there. Not all the admin stuff has been moved over, and I believe that MS has slated the last migration of the admin side of things for the Spring release.
If that still doesn't work, I'd open a ticket with Microsoft.
