Is there a way for a user to get informed of all the CRM activities (activity feeds), by getting all posts on a dashboard, even if the user did not explicitly followed the entities ?
Under Sales Activities and All Activities is the way to do this. They can see any they have perms to.
Posts being the special entity, I don't think you can add it like other in dashboard however you could use the already available Whats New link which shows all posts as well. Refer Below-
Hope this helps.
Thank you for your answer.
Maybe my question wasn't clear enough,
Our customer wishes to have a "What's new" panel, in which he could find all activity posts (only those set by the "Settings" panel, but not only about entities he had previously followed ? )
