This started with me trying to allow mobile under version 9.0 for our users.
I was following this guide: https://www.magnetismsolutions.com/blog/satyvirjasra/2018/04/30/can-t-find-any-apps-error-on-dynamics-365-v9-mobile-client . However, I do not have the "apps" in my sitemap due to some customizations made in earlier CRM versions.
Attempt 2 -- The CRM hub does not show up under my apps (https://home.dynamics.com/). I see a "Customer Service Hub" when i click the dropdown arrow in my organization's CRM, however I get this error when i try to load it:
I'm thinking i should reset my Sitemap to be the default 9.0 so I can see the "Apps" area and then edit to my liking. However, i have no way to get the original sitemap back.
Any thoughts on what i should do?
Current workaround: add the "customer service apps access" role to users.
