We've just made V9 migration.
II thought that Sharepoint Document Associated view can show now the folders (because we have the "create Folder" on the grid.
I'm very disappointed because it doesn't work. Folder is created on the SharePoint, but it doesn't appear on the view (Document Associated View).
It is a bug or a feature (so why the create Folder button) ?
Have you the same issue ?
If not, it is possible to reinitialize the view to retrieve the default Microsoft one ?
Thank you for your help.
I checked this on my trial instance and I was able to create as well as see the folder in Classic Web UI as well as on the Unified Interface.
I used Mozilla to check. Can you try switching your browser and try in Incognicto/Private mode?
Hope that works for you.
Thank for your answer.
I've made test with Edge, Firefox, Chrome, IE. And the issue is always here :(
Please find a screenshot
As you can see, "AZE" folder (created with the New folder button) doesn't appear. But I can see the "final" file at same level that "blockchain.jpg"
Perhaps I've a bug with the view but I don't know how to fix it or to retrieve the original Microsoft "factory reset" view.
Thanks for your help.
I even tried turning Based on Entity off for the SharePoint integration and it was working fine for me.
It was working fine for me
And also on the Unified Interface -
Can you check what is shows in filter criteria for Document Associated Grid on the SharePoint Document entity?
(For some reason, it's an error for me in the Filter criteria, but you can check yours and let me know)
Can you try on the Unified Interface?
If none of the above works, I suggest you create a case with MS for this.
Hi everyone, Hi Priyesh,
It's now fixed. It was a bug on our "Document Associated view", and we reinstalled (via a Solution) the initial view.
So "local" bug.
Can you give some information about what you changed on the Document Associated View? We have this same issue (and it's noted a million other places online) but no one else has noted a view change that could be made.
Well I know this is a super old thread, but for what its worth, I dug into this and discovered what controls showing the folder structure versus expanding them all - it turns out it is the filter criteria on the view. If you change the filter on the "All SharePoint Documents" view from "Is Recursive Fetch" is 'Yes' to "Is Recursive Fetch" is 'No", it will change the view on all document grids to show the sub-folders again. Hope this helps anyone running into this weird issue! NOTE: I was ONLY able to access this option from the App Designer view editor! If you try using the classic editor or the new Power Apps view editor, you can see it but it does not allow you to modify. The other option would be to modify the XML directly. Cheers!
