I have the following business situation in a MSD365 online Environment V 9.0:
The opportunity BPF contains multiple phases and multiple tabs per stage.
Hence, the displayed fields and tabs per stage are dyanamic.
As an illustrative example: Phase 1 contains tab 'adresses' and 'contacts' while phase 2 contains 'companies' and 'leads'.
Let's assume a user is in stage 2 but he/she needs again information from phase 1. In this situation the user jumps back to stage 1 and stage 1 is set as active. After retrieving the information (e.g. adresses) he moves forward again setting stage 2 as active.
Is there a way to jump between the stage without setting them active again (when going backwards)?
Background: Every time the stage is set active a log will be written and above descriped scenarion destroys the reporting.
Thanks for ideas!
Normally there are a little difference about "active stage" and "selected stage". Are you sure you are in "active stage" when you click on bpf phase?
Just click on the stage (it will change color) and fill out the steps / fields, without changing the active stage.
This is standard functionality.
Hi, thanks for your Reply. Unfortunately there is no difference anymore in V 9 with the UUI. In other words, you can only Switch the stage if you set it to active.
As another clarification: I do not want to display the attributres within the BPF but the attributes on the actual opportunity (i.e. fields and Tabs on the form).
