Hello All ,
I have an issue with the Quote entity in CRM where "X" look up field requires a specific view to populate required data but when i tried to change the associated Look up using view selector for X field its locked to only Default look up view only .
Please find the screenshot and share comments .
Please select Show Selected Views in the View Selector, then hold down the Ctrl key to make multiple selections for Views, or select Show All Views.
The effect is that in addition to the Default look up view, there will be views of your choice.
As shown, I selected "Opportunity Lookup View" in the Default view and "Project Service Opportunity Lookup View" and "Recent Opportunities" in View Selector.
In the Looku Record view, I can see these three views.
Hope this helps.
Hello Lu ,
Thanks for your Response !!
I dont have the option to Select multiple views in the View Selector as its not editable for me . This is where I am facing the issue as View selector is non editable so not able to select any other view apart the Default view . As per your screenshot its editable option for you where we can edit the Drop-down but its locked for me as can't select anything from view selector drop-down. Please share your comments and find the screenshot below :
Is your View Selector locked to Off and cannot be changed to Show Selected Views?
If the View Selector is Off, then you really can't select views, you need to select Show Selected Views option.
