We've created a custom sales Dashboard in PowerApps for our entire sales team. Within this Dashboard it is also integrated a list of all Accounts (customers) with a Search Box on top. This Search Box is searching for the Account Name only by system default. Therefore we've added some default and custom fields to the Find Columns. This search should search for:
If we search for an Account within the browser version of CRM it works all well as set-up. But when we're searching for the same value like for ex. Account Number within the App, then the search doesn't work (no result). In the App the search only works with the system default of Account Name. All other Find Columns doesn't work in the App Search Box.
We've already checked, if there is an explanation for it within the Microsoft forums, but didn't find anything. Also this instruction doesn't help: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/crm/2018/11/02/unified-interface-lookup-now-leverages-quick-find-view/
Do you have a recommendation and solution for us regarding this issue.

I don't believe PowerApps are supported inside of Dynamics on mobile yet.

But how could I search for an Account with another detail than the Account Name in the App then?
Just update the Quick Search View with additional Search columns. Each one of those that you add become searchable through the global search, and the entity search on the view itself. From there, just add the view to the dashboard you want, and you should be good to go. Or since it's part of global search, you might not even need the dashboard.
You could use Global Search.
We could set the fields of the global search so that when we use the global search, it searches through the fields of all the records of the entity.

Global search also applies to UCI, the mobile device.

Thanks a lot for your answers. Then I know now the 'workaround' (Global Search) with that we could go on.
One last question from my side. I've noticed the "See all records" list, when I click on the 3 dots next to the "All Accounts" overview on my dashboard.
When I click on it an additional "All Accounts" list opens and then its possible to search for the 5 mentioned fields. Is it possible to insert this "See all records" account list to the dashboard maybe with a "Web Resource" or list functionality column?

The main question is, if it's possible to insert the "See all records" accounts list to the dashboard maybe with a "Web Resource", list functionality or something different? Because this view seems to have more search possibilities than the regular Account List view.
