is there a way to sales persons save/store information about competitors proposals which the lead/customer received in a way to internally ask some discount by directors/managers and do not lose that opportunity?
Some customers send the another proposals and say "- Take a look, this is the competitor price, can you offer something better?"
* would be great if there's an option to save attachment with that info (.eml or .pdf file).
You can directly store documents as a note against any of the main entities (lead, account, contact or opportunity).
If you want to store the competitor's price, then you can create a custom field for this. If you only need one competitor price per opportunity, then you can create the field on the opportunity entity. If you may have multiple prices (if there are multiple competitors), then it depends how you record the competitor; if you use connections, then you could add the custom field to the competitor entity, or you could create a custom entity to store this (this would make sense if you have extra structured data you want to store on the competitor's proposal)
