I am working on to automate the appointment process. I wanted to know if we sent an appointment from CRM to contacts. Whether that appointment is delivered to attendees or not.
Is there is any way to track the status that appointment which we sent from CRM received by attendees.
Dynamics 365 doesn't have the ability to track appointments on its own.
If an attendee accepts an appointment in Outlook, they will send an acceptance message, which you can use to determine if the appointment has been delivered to the attendee.
