Hey everyone, so I imported my data based of the template that Dynamics required but I only see it in the Imports section under Data Management.. how do I get it to my Goals group area to visualize the data?
Thank you for all your help!
After you import the data, you need to wait for the imported data to be successfully parsed.
It will go through four states: Submitted, Parsing, Transforming, Completed.
When its status becomes Completed and the number of Successes is greater than 0, the data is successfully imported.
Click to open the imported template file, we can see that the Record Type is the entity of the data you imported.
Click on the first button of the Common tab of the sidebar, *entity* Fully Imported, we can see that the imported data becomes records in D365. This is the effect of your import.
If you are importing DATA of a common entity, I recommend that you click the IMPORT DATA button on the command bar in the view of the entity to import it, so that you could clearly see the changes in the records after import.
Hope this helps.
Although I am not very much clear about your question. You can check imported data using advanced find ,set some filter like created on/created by or some fields which you know.
