Hi fellow CRM pros,
we are encountering the issue that in every incomming and outgoing email message the below seen warning is displayed:
When I click on "View full Email content" the following warning message is displayed:
By chance does anybody have any idea what excactly is triggering this message?
I cannot belive that Dynamics is labeling every HTML-email as "harmful" by default.
PS: Like suggested in this forum entry (https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/103605) I already set Administration->System Settings->E-Mail(tabl)->Set E-Mail form options (Section)->Use secure frames to restrict e-mail message content -Set to 'No', regardles the entry was meant to work for CRM 2011.
Most of the time, D365 show a harmful message when emails contain any inline images. Nothing to worry about it.
However, you can try resolving it by referring to the following link: https://sergeiaslanov.com/2018/09/29/hide-harmful-email-content-warning-on-the-activity-timeline-in-dynamics-365-unified-interface/
thank you very much!
The steps described in the article you provided, helped my colleague an me very much.
He added an additional step in the comments which brought us to success.
if you want to remove the warnings without unsupported code that does not upgrade Microsoft just made it possible to remove it by setting feature flag "SecuritySettingforEmail" in OrgDbOrgSettings
