I am using Dynamics 365 V9 online instance. I have created custom report in custom solution and installed the solution in the client production instance. After that, I have deleted some unnecessary reports in my custom solution. But the deleted reports are not overriding in the production instance. Still the reports are present in the client production instance. I couldn't delete the report in default solution also. How to remove this.
You will need to manually remove the reports from your production instance, as importing an unmanaged solution without the reports into the production instance will not remove the reports.
Since the reports in the default solution are managed, you cannot delete or disable them. So the best solution is to hide them.
Please refer to the following post for steps to hide the report:
Hi Lu Hao,
Thanks for the reference link. As in the suggested solution, I have hidden the report. It's working fine.
In the production instance, I couldn't delete the report because of managed solution.
