I am looking into the new-ish Sales Forecasting in D365 for Sales.
The only thing I am struggling to find is if I adjust the forecast using the inline editing (see this link about half way down),
how do I revert back to the Opportunity instead of using the manual change?
I tried to delete out the adjustment, but it simply placed it to be 0 rather than reverting back to the appropriate value from the opportunity.
Unfortunately, inline editing does not support undoing modifications.
If you have not saved the changes, then you refresh the page directly and the changes will not be saved.
So I recommend that you save it once every time you have correctly modified one or a few lines of records.
In this case, even if the wrong content is entered and the original content is forgotten, the range of re-input caused by the refresh will not be large.
