Hello!! Currently I am able to see Product Images displayed on my dashboard when I zoom in at 300%, however, if I am at anything less than 300% I no longer see images and instead see the checkbox option. How do I configure the dashboard or products screens to always display the images on the left side of the product?
Zoomed in image view (300%)
Un-zoomed in image view (125%)
To display entity image in view, you should add a customized card form(it's called form but actually it will display as a single item like a card as you zoomed 300% in view page) and set it as a read-only grid in entity's control tab.
You could take this article for reference and tutorial for implementation.
Here are some points I concluded in configuration with the article and I suggest you could note them when setting up:
1. Entity image will be set at this position automatically(Color Strip label), so there is no need to add field to this place.
2. You should set the grid's Reflow behavior attribute to List Only as the article did.
All of your items will have a layout as the card form(I only add name and price fields in my demo).
This is a display effect for Unified interface that is suitable for small screens.
When in the web client on a wider screen you’ll see the view columns in the traditional format. However, if you start making the screen more and more narrow, you’ll eventually reach a point where the presentation mode changes to remove all the columns & sideways scrolling bar, replaced with a card like UI. It will by default show the entity icon and the first three columns available in the original view definition.
←Both Zooms are 100%.
Please refer to this blog:
The size of our screen does not change, and Zoom is increased. In other words, Zoom is unchanged and the screen size is reduced. So these two can achieve the same effect.
If you want to always turn the view into Card Forms, you could use the solution described by Clofly above.
