Hi I have a user who would like to use the Dynamics 365 CRM on 2 server is it possible with the purchase of a user licence Regards Suria
This is only possible if you have a multiple server deployment.
Following on from what Adrian said,
you might find the following link useful as its the latest licensing guide: mbs.microsoft.com/.../Dynamics365LicensingGuide.pdf
Your question might be slightly incomplete.
Seems like you are talking about On-Premise as you are mentioning two servers.
There are two types of licenses that you should be considering here. There is the server license and the user CAL (Client Access Licenses).
Each Server Instance will need it's own Server License.
However, the Named User which has a CAL can access any number of Dynamics 365 On-Premise Servers. One Client Access License is enough for a single named user to access multiple servers.
Check out the latest Microsoft On-Premise licensing guide:
See the section of Licensing Requirements for Internal Users.
Hope this helps.
