Please see above under environments I have 2 one Production and one Default on different database versions
is it possible to delete the default will this cause an issue why is this here?
there is a custom one for the comany and a default one crm4 called org62......
any advice would be appreciated

You can delete the default environment by following these steps. Deleting the environment will only cause an issue if you are using it.
as note you can't actually delete the Default environment I think there are some system requirements
