I was under the impression that the writeback function from the Linkedin can automatically write back Contacts and Accounts back to my CRM, is this not the case?
I cant find something in cleartext that states this capability, any suggestion are welcome :)
Any input to this?
We can only write back InMails, PointDrive, Messages and Notes using the writeback function.
Contacts and Accounts data can be synced to Linkedin Sales Navigator instead of being written back to CRM.
