A customer contacted me for the is problem:
"After Microsoft Rollup CRM, we can not qualify a Lead or link a contact to an Account."
In this case the customer can not qualify All the Leads records.
Whenever they click on the "Qualify" button it display an error with log file:

This error was caused by plug-in code, you could check if there is any object is null or not be initialized.
BTW, an error page is a terrible experience for the customer, so I suggest that when we writing codes no matter js or C#, we all need to nullify the objects we get and use judgment statements whenever possible to avoid possible errors.

Yes you are right, I found there is custom plugins so I deactivating the plugins.
Everything is now working fine.
Eventually there should be any plugin which is triggered on create of opportunity/account or contact or else on lead qualify which is expecting value but getting null.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Most probably entity reference.
