I have been helping a client to configure their CRM and as part of the cool features you can add there is the "Assistant" (formerly known as "Relationship assistant") which introduces an AI based assistant. I can see I can configure it under the Settings -> Sales Insights menu which makes me wonder if a Sales Insight license is required to actually run it. I have been trying to find if a license is required or not but no luck at all so I decided to ask here, does anyone knows if I can configure it without having a Sales Insight license? or do I need to have a sales insight license for it?
As shown, you can configure Assistant directly, but you need to install Dynamics 365 AI for Sales to configure Relationship analytics.
