Could you please let me know how to apply records filtering in D365 CRM lookup?
I have 2 entities named "Test1" and "Test2" and I have a lookup of Test2 on Test1 form, and have also applied the out-of-the-box Records filtering on that lookup. PFA
Is the way correct? The filtering is not getting applied. Even the checkbox of filter records that we normally see on the "Lookup more records" window is not showing.
Any idea why is this happening?
This way is correct. I simulated your needs in my environment and applied the filters correctly.
Try placing the Owner field on the form of Test1.
