I just realized that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook stopped working for me in my outlook.com web app.
Whenever I try to open the side panel of the app, I get the following error:
shim.js?v=1.2.403:1 Uncaught Error: Can't call isComponentLoaded before load started at e.isComponentLoaded (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1) at a (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1) at Object.u [as getSessionContext] (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1) at e._refreshSessionContext (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1) at e._dispatch (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1) at e.ReportTrace (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1) at e._memorizeItemFromCache (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1) at e.getCachedItem (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1) at e.boot (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1) at e._initialize (shim.js?v=1.2.403:1)
This makes the app unusable for me in the web app - it works in the desktop client though.
Any idea why this is happening?
Have you tested in a different browser? Did you encountered the same problem?
Tested in Firefox, did not have any problem in there...would have hoped there is a solution for Chrome as well.
I tested the Outlook Web-App in the latest version of Google Chrome (76.0.3809.87). I have not encountered this problem and the App for Outlook can be used normally.
Please update Google Chrome, clear your browser cache or open it in the privacy window.
Incognito worked - so I cleared the browser cache and everything is back to normal.
Rookie mistake - should have thought of that myself.
Thanks for your help!
