We have enabled the LinkedIn Sales Navigator functionality in Dynamics.
The member profile and account profile elements were added correctly to the different forms (e.g. lead, contact, account).
However, there are no LinkedIn elements in the timeline - e.g. PointDrive, InMail, etc.
What could be the reason why we do not have those controls?
Shouldn't InMails be synced into the timeline?
Having this same issue. Seems that the key might be we had the old LinkIn v2.X solution installed, while the newer documentation shows a v3.0.0.0630.
It says there is no upgrade available once we get to 188.8.131.52.
When going to the Solution overview, I see that the current version of the LinkedIn Sales Navigator is v3.0.0.0630.
However, I just realized that we do have two LinkedIn Solutions in there - might this be the reason for conflict?
