Hi - we've starting testing the new business card scanner which is working well so far just two questions / issues
1. It doesn't seem to be filling anything into the address fields like some of the other scanners do - should this be working or is it in the pipeline?
2. See attached screen grab it is detecting conflicts but not displaying anything on the screen from the matched record.
Are these issues or something specific to our environments?
Is there anyone from Microsoft / product team on this forum? Thanks.
I would also be interested in an answer to this.
I can also add that we have the same issue with the duplicate detection. Sometimes it doesn't show the related duplicate records. I think when the duplicate detection triggers through a quick create it DOES show related contacts but if its created using the Main Form it shows the same dialog as you have right now.
Thank you for your feedback.
Yes, I tested it and did have this problem.
I will raise a support ticket to reflect this to the Microsoft team.
If there is any progress, I will reply here.
Thanks Lu Hao
I have updated the new release on one of our instances. However, when I scan in a card I am getting an error "No capacity available, please check with your administrator"
I must be missing something here, could anybody guide in terms of what are the steps I need to check before I know it is an issue and not an understanding gap?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance
I think that It can be realated to AI Builder Licenses, because the Busines scaner is part of AI features. Can you try activate the trial for AI Builder and check if the problem continues?
Microsoft has confirmed it to be a bug.
Business Card scanner does not recognize address fields.
Its repair time has not been determined.
This is a known bug. It will be fixed at 10/26/2019.
Before that, if you need to use Business Card scanner normally, please enable a free trial for AI builder for the tenant which will be valid for 30 days.
The following are the specific steps.

Well the good news is the AI Builder license issue is squared away and you won't get the capacity error.
The bad news is that OP's address issue still persists. It's still impossible to map the address fields on either lead or contact. The other stuff works pretty well, though, but I think I'm going to hold off exposing it to my users until it's 100%.
