Please let me know how to group leads based on their company name in lead area.
I'm new to dynamics 365.
It will be really helpful.
We could do grouping by sorting in the view.
You have to add the company name field as a column to the view before you can sort the leads by company name.
1) Go to the Lead view you want to group. Click the Advanced Find.
2) Click Edit Columns, then click Add Columns, select Company Name. OK. OK.
3) Click Save As, enter a new name.
4) Go to the new view, click the Company Name column name, leads will sort in ascending or descending order. Click on the funnel icon and we can filter the leads by Conmany Name.
Thanks for your quick response hao
