How do I search all leads based on specific company?
I should get All leads under specific company I search
I'm new to this
When you qualified a lead, the system will ask you for choose the existing account or contact (if the email is exist on CRM) or automatically create a new Account and Contact for the new Lead.
To get All leads under the specific company, you can use the advanced search with criteria as below:
Hope it help.
We can use the Advanced Find.
1) Open the Advanced Find, select Look for for Leads and Use Saved View for New.
2) Click Select below to select a filter. Select Company Name and Equals. Enter the character of the Company Name you want to search in Enter Text.
3) Click Results you can see all the leads of the Company Name.
4) If you want to save it as a personal view, you can click Save.
Basically to search for some data, you need to understand which all field you need to use for applying filters. once that's identified half process is done, you apply the filters to an advanced find and search, you can also save that as personal view for future reference.
In this case you have "Company Name" field and" Parent account for lead" Fields. analyze both field and identify which field is required. then apply filters in your advanced find.
here i have selected both fields you can select one which is applicable for you, or you can apply and or rule.
Please refer to following posts for more details about advance find and personal views.
Hope this helps,
