Can I pull charts into word templates or am I restricted to only plain text?
If I can't do it in Word can I get the chart into an Excel template?
Any help much appreciated!
Unfortunately word template only accept plain text.
But, you can create a chart based on view in Dynamics (using excel template).
Please refer to this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/manage-excel-templates
1. Download Excel Template
2. Create your chart on that excel you just downloaded (using pivot table and chart).
3. Re-upload your excel template to Dynamics.
4. Later when you export your excel using excel template, your chart will show according to your current view data.
