Hey how do I trigger a workflow using docusign and send it to the owner of the opportunity
I'm new to dynamics 365
Thanks a lot
You could use workflow in D365 to send docusign to the owner of related opportunity which must be triggered by D365 Entities status like opportunity entity.
You could refer to the following video for more step by step operations guide.
Video from docusign support:https://support.docusign.com/en/videos/DocuSign-for-Dynamics-Workflows
Hope the above would help. If there's any other questions. Pls no hesitate to follow up. Thanks.
Thanks for your response
I'm facing two issues
When I'm trying to login using D365 it's showing invalid user name and password even though it's valid
I'm not receiving mails
if its a credential issue, try resetting your password to see if that works- if not get in touch with DocuSign support direct and they should be able to help.
when it comes to DocuSign Workflows you will see an option on the workflow that allows DocuSign templates to be sent then you would just need to set the owner as the recipient- you may have to also setup some of the mapping on the document itself if you want to personalise it etc.
I make some additions on Justin's response on 'D365 it's showing invalid user name and password'.
If you have confrimed the user address and related password have right D365 license.
Then pls try clean the cache and cookies from your browser to aviod the account cache confliction.
Looking forward to your following feedback. Thanks.
