One user in our organization has selected the same Opportunity View, and Dashboard View created by another user.
Both licenses are Enterprise D365 licenses. However, there are zero records/data for one user while data exists in the other's account (the account where the records were initially created/imported).
Both users have the same role privileges.
What can we do to get the data to show up in the other user's account?
Could you provide filtering conditions for the view?
Go to the view, open the advanced find. Then we can see the filter conditions for this view.
Please check if there is a filter about the "Owner".
If so, click on the "Details" button and delete the Owner condition. Save.
The issue could be with the Default View (My Open Opportunities) where the opportunities only owned by the logged in user will be shown, As you mentioned, one user can see the opportunities, so he is owning those opportunities. Ask the other user to change the view from My Open Opportunities to Open Opportunities or All Opportunities and see if he is able to see the data. Ask him to create a test opportunity also to see if it shows in My Open Opportunities.
Two things need to be checked here.
1 As the above answers suggest we need to see the filter condition for the view, if it has something condition for My records then that is the issue.
2. You have mentioned both users have the same role, but what is the read privilege level for accounts? If its user level then this issue can happen.

The filter conditions indeed included 'Owner - created by user' so I removed this condition. I had to do the same for 'Accounts' and 'Contacts' views for which data was not visible.
