I'm wondering, how it is possible to merge the Mails coming from the same account by tracking them from Outlook to CRM.
I have a Long list, even tough I have in the last Mail the whole conversation. Exactly. Is that even possible?
Thnaks in Advance!
Can you explain the question in a bit more detail please? Are you looking to see all emails from contacts at the same company in the same account or do you want to actually merge emails together?
I think what you are trying to do is merge emails from the same email thread in 1 email.
That is not possible.. and I dont think its a good idea anyways.. Because you would loose attached documents etc.
But with that said, the only way to do this would be to create a batch job that does some kind of analysis the emails and moves f.ex. attached documents from 1 email to another, and then deleting the first email. It would theoretically be possible using a tool like LogicApps, Scribe, Kingsway Soft etc...
But again.. from a business perspective.. I would stronly advice against it.
This is exactly what I would like to do - Finally you're Right, I will lose all the attached docs.
I'll think About the Tools you suggested.
