I have been keeping trying to set up Email Engagement functionality to make email form show whether the email has been opened and when it was opened in Dynamics 365 Online
Email Engagement had been enabled before I started, so theoretically I should see the Email Engagement section when I create a new email record, but it turns out nothing changes. I've also switched to UCI interface, but still nothing.
Does anyone know how to make the Email Engagement section appear in email form like the link below? Cheers
