All CRM out of the box workflows that either needs an update or sends a mail is failing from morning.
A typical error in system jobs is: The entity with a name = 'email' with namemapping = 'Platform' was not found in the MetadataCache. MetadataCacheDetails: ProviderType=Preloaded, StandardCache=True, IsLoadedInStagedContext = False, Timestamp=77116678, MinActiveRowVersion=77116678
and total exception in system job is:

In some of the other workflows, its opportunity or account instead of email. They all worked fine till Friday.
Has anyone faced such issue? By the way, we are on CRM version 9.0 and database version is: 188.8.131.5217
Which account is the Owner of the workflows? If these workflows were created by a User that is no longer with the company and their account has been deactivated, then the workflows will fail.
