We have used the OOB system chart "Opportunity Status" in the user owner dashboards. Recently our customer has reported, in dashboard, chart is showing the following error, "opportunity status chart could not be rendered for the opportunity record type". But the same chart is getting displayed in the opportunity list view. We also created a duplicate of this chart using "save as" option and used the duplicate chart in the dashboard. It is rendered correctly.
In the below screenshot, first one is OOB system chart "Opportunity Status" and the second is duplicate.
Below is the screenshot of the OOB chart displayed in the views.
CRM version: D365(V126.96.36.199).
Please suggest some solution.
Have you checked the view for your custom chart? Is it set to 'Open Opportunities'?
Yes. It is using "Open Opportunities" view. Same as OOB chart.
