When creating an appointment in Dynamics 365 the organiser is not receiving a calendar appointment. It is not a user issue but seems to be specifically related to the organiser field.
Has anyone come across something like this before and if so what caused your issue and how did you resolve it?
Thanks in advance for the help.
We need to check the sync filter for the appointment.
1) Open Personal Options, under Synchronization tab, click filters.
2) Click My Appointments.
3) Check if your filter has any about the field Organizer.
Also, you need to check if the field organizer is properly populated.
By default, the field Organizer is the user who created the appointment and does not appear on the form or view. So you could add it to the form or view to see if its value is correct.
