I wonder if it is possible or not to see, from Outlook email display (without cliking on the Dynamics panel), if an email has already been tracked or not in Dynamics.
Is there an indicator showing that ?
If you have the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook installed, you can use it to check if it is being tracked.
If you use category tracking, you can see if it is being tracked by Tracked to Dynamics 365 category.

Using the email category in Outlook will show if YOU tracked the email you are looking at, but will not show if someone else tracked the same email (e.g. a Copy Dest of the same email).
In that case, i don't think that the Outllok category would show that the email has been already tracked, ins't it ?
Yes, it only shows if you have followed the email and not the others.
