D365 Sales fails to load in browser with the following error message:
I have tried a different user whose credentials work fine on another machine and the same error occurs, apparently pointing at an issue with the laptop.
I have disabled McAfee Security and enabled Windows, but the issue persists.
Any pointers? Thank you.
Try to reset you browser setting to default
Thanks, Andrey, this didn't resolve the issue unfortunately - I had done that prior to posting. I have found a workaround, however, which I don't think can be right, but resolves the issue for now: The user is now set up as a Dynamics 365 service administrator and has full access. I don't think this should be necessary in terms of role elevation...
