I was wondering if there is any way to specify in an opportunity sales process in PowerApp the date to base the qualify stage duration on.
The scenario is the following. We imported opportunities from another CRM and defined the creation date during the import. When looking at the opportunity stages, we see that the duration time is based on the time the record was entered in dynamics and not the Created On field.
Import date : 2019-10-24 10:00 am EST
Created Date : 2019-10-23 10:00 am EST
Current Time : 2019-10-24 11:00 am EST
Qualify Stage Duration : 1h
Expected Qualify Stage duration : 25h
Anyway way this could be done?
how is Microsoft Flow involved in this process?
My bad it is not Micrososft flow but Powerapps that define the opportunity stages.
