A couple of things, just as a recommendation going forward for security and confidentiality reasons I would generally not suggest providing a direct link to your organisation.
I would suggest you try on various browsers such as google Chrome or another alternative and clear your Cache just to rule out anything strange.

I would suggest clearing your browser cache and trying again. Most of the time I utilize Chrome since it works the best for me.
Hopefully this helps.
Is the environment up and running? Is it DEV, TEST or PROD environment? In which subscription environment exists?
