we want to start using "Pricelists" in Dynamics CRM (Cloud).
Our challenge is that a business unit is only allowed to see its own pricelist and not the ones from other business units/countries (could use territories as well).
E.g. Austria can see the Austrian Pricelist but not the German, Spanish, French,... pricelists and vice versa.
After doing a research on that topic, we didn't find many recent suggestions. Does anyone have an idea how to solve that?
Sorry, this is not possible at the business unit level. Mark has a thought to utilize Field Level Security to assist here (community.dynamics.com/.../hide-product-price-information-for-certain-business-units
Another option here would be to actually separate by Organizations with multiple instances for the different business units if they are really isolated.
Overall i think this something they should have to restrict price lists but it is not there.
