I remember that you could move line items up and down in the UCI, but it seems that is not possible anymore?
Usability of Dynamics Customer Engagement Apps is already amazingly bad for the price and they still keep managing to decrease it even more.
Could you kindly share some screenshots or other details about "move line items up and down"?
As far as I konw, the D365 line items are inherently immovable.
If you have any Suggestions or requirements for D365, you could raise ideas to D365 Team here.
Prior you had these "Up" and "Down" button. They also existed in the UCI. But they are gone now since a little bit earlier than Release Wave 2 IIRC.
I am pretty sure this worked in our environment, though we are using Documents Core Pack and sorted our line items by sequencenumber.
Nontheless, it is embarassing that a professional product that we pay thousands for each month, is not able to rearrange line items?!
In our previous 10 year old open source CRM you could drag & drop. :/
God damn it.
