Good morning ,
I have a question regarding Dynamics 365 Portal register process.
I have a workflow that does not work.
I do not understand why web roles are not assigned when registering a new user.
The contact is created but there is no role that is associated
Why is the process session (see the 3rd image) empty?
Is there a way to solve the problem?
The workflow seems not to activate and the session is empty.
Why the process session is empty ?
Images are too small. Can you please post images in higher resolution?
Unpublish workflow, uncheck "Automatically delete completed workflows" checkbox and publish it back.
But I have another question.
I know we can unpublish and publish entity(Process) under solution for Customer engagment Dynamics 365.
But for the Dynamics 365 portal .
I dont see where to unpublish and publish the workflow process.
Processes are at the same place for CE and Portal.
But I only have the option deactivate and reactivate the processes.
I f I understand correctly I can only publish and unpublish under the entity( component solution).
Can you confirm or clarify.
Yeah that's what Andrew meant, deactivate your workflow and uncheck this:
And then reactivate and test again.
