I changed Date Format in System settings, pick right format, customized Number and date BUT every time I create a new entry the date is still in an old format. The system setting shows the right format DD/MM/YY but actual forms keep showing MM/DD/YYYY.
Don't know how to change this or if there is something I've done wrong.
I am using CRM 2019 Ver2 online. I tried updating from personal setting, system settings and all possible scenarios to get it update, but still it does not work.
It works for a particular user and not for others, i tried the same setting as the user has but still not working. Updated in Personal setting with date format

Can you please provide a screenshot that demonstrates your form with the wrong format and setting configured in personal settings?
