Someone knows an app like Sirena/Hi Omni (hiplatform.com)/Scup (scup.com)/ to integrate customers contacts and automate "menu options" for them and save them on Dyn 365 pipeline of sales?
We found some apps like sirena, like FORTICS (Brazilian) but they has internal CRM and cannot integrate or do it partially.
What are using companies who used Dyn365 to concentrate users contacts coming from social networks?
"MS dyn365 Social Engagement" can do that? As I research this was discontinued for the new "Dyn 365 AI for Marketing Insights".

no, we would like to know wthat tool companies - who uses MS Dyn365 - are using to concentrate leads coming from social networks like Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, webchat in a way to automate that first contact and the after some "classification" put that lead on the Dyn365.
I found some options like agorapulse.com but I didn't receive contact to ask about integration with Dyn365.
After some research, I found 'Alana.AI', 'AgoraPulse.com'.... But I´m not sure that they can integrate with MS Dyn365.
