I have a query, 500 to 1000 HTTP request has been made by an API to insert data into CRM. While processing the request we are getting status code as 429 i.e. Too many requests.
Do we have any limitation on number of request made to CRM from external API?
Yes with Dynamics 365, they have put limitation to the number of request being made. Please see below URL or more details:
We got this error on out BI reports & had to split the requests via multiple service accounts.
To overcome the error, please refer link below (I haven't done this personally)
