My reps send emails through Outlook then track them back to Dynamics 365. The issue is the emails that track back to Dynamics 365 for only one of my reps keep assigning the email owner as a system admin user instead of my rep. I have compared all user roles across my team and there are no differences. Does anybody have a clue as to why the email owner would not stay in my reps name?
Please check if there is any workflow with this user as the owner, and the workflow assign emails tracked to D365 to the system administrator.
